Twist & Go makeover therapy Anti-Hairloss lotion

A leave-in scalp lotion in a spray bottle, from Twist & Go's "Hair Rebuilding Program". It combines caffeine, biotin, peptides, plant extracts and vitamins in one scalp-care formula. It is a cosmetic product that supports scalp and hair care. It isn't a medicine.

What's inside, and why

• Caffeine is a common ingredient in scalp products made for hair-growth support. The evidence for topical caffeine is promising but still limited.
• Biotin, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 and Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 are included to support the scalp environment around the hair follicle.
• Rosemary, Nettle, Red Clover, Green Tea, Panax Ginseng, Polygonum Multiflorum and Burdock extracts are plant extracts widely used in hair-care formulas.
• Niacinamide, Zinc Gluconate, Pyridoxine (B6), Folic Acid, Calcium Pantothenate and Retinyl Palmitate (vitamin A) are vitamins and minerals used for scalp conditioning.
• Hydrolyzed Soy, Wheat and Vegetable Proteins, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Argan, Marula, Nigella and Pumpkin Seed oils condition the hair and help the strands feel stronger.
• Panthenol, Allantoin and Aloe are soothing, hydrating ingredients.
• Capsicum Annuum (chili) Extract can create a feeling of warmth or tingling on the scalp.

Good to know: there is no minoxidil or finasteride in the ingredient list. It also contains soy and wheat-derived proteins, so skip it if you're allergic to either.

How to use

Apply 8 to 10 puffs on the selected areas at night, about 30 minutes before bedtime. Massage into the scalp thoroughly. Don't wash your hair after applying it.

Before you start

For external use. Avoid the eyes. Don't apply on an irritated or broken scalp. Test on a small area first, and stop if burning, itching or redness doesn't settle. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first.
